- The Scandalous, Dissolute, No-Good, Mr. Wright by Tessa Dare
Read the audiobook for all. Finished my annual reread of A Christmas Carol. This year I listened to it on audible narrated by Hugh Grant and I enjoyed his narration. Letters From Father Christmas was a new Christmas read and very cute hearing the letters J.R.R Tolkien has written to his kids as Father Christmas. Lastly, The Scandalous, Dissolute, No-Good, Mr Wright was a bit of a let down. I love Tessa Dare’s works and this was a novella, but honestly that was enough for me for this storyline. I have read novellas from her before that I’ve still loved but this wasn’t it this time. Cute ending but overall little bit flat. Happy to have read it but won’t be one of her works I’ll pick up again.
What are you planning on reading next?
To finish off the year I’ll just be continuing my current reads. It’ll be nice to read as much as I can before the new year.
