Books Set in School | Top 5 Tuesday

Hello everyone! Hope you are all having a lovely day!

Top 5 Tuesday was originally created by Shanah @ Bionic Book Worm and is now being hosted on Meeghan’s blog @MeeghanReads. This week’s topic is all about books set in school!

Shiver by Maggie Steifvater

First series I read of Maggie Steifvater. I think I was around 13 or 14 and loved this book. It’s still a series I enjoy skimming through again. It just has a completely different vibe from any other werewolf books. It’s just more lowkey, more realistic if you are down for a more chill story than full on action.

I vaguely remember them being at high school and little scenes but I could be wrong, it’s been a while.

Truly Devious by Maureen Johnson

I still have yet to start this series. Always up for a mystery so I feel like I’ll enjoy it.

If We Were Villains by M.L. Rio

This book surprised me last year and I flew through this, it had me hooked.

Hate is Such a Strong Word by Sarah Ayoub

I’ve owned this books for a few years now but yet to read it. Haven’t heard much talk about this book so it’ll be interesting to see. To be honest I don’t know if I’ll get around to read it but thought I should give it it’s time as the book has been just sitting gathering dust (my bad).

The Hate You Give by Angie Thomas

A book I recommend as it was done so well and has such an important topic. The audiobook is really good as well!

Hope you all have a lovely week!

It’s currently raining here so I’m all cosied up with a hot drink and keen to do some more reading 😀

Until next time..

xx
