The Last 10 Books Tag

Hello everyone! Hope you’re doing well!

It’s been a while since I’ve done a book tag. I came across Amyleigh’s post that I’ll leave here for you to check out.

The Last Book I Gave Up On

It’s definitely been a while since I’ve abandoned a book but on Goodreads it says for me the last book I abandoned was A Castle in the Clouds by Kerstin Gier. I was listening to the audiobook and just wasn’t that invested so I thought I’d put it down and seems like I never picked it back up again.

The Last Book I Re-Read

Heartstopper Vol. 1 by Alice Oseman. I just finished rereading the other day and still loved it! It’s definitely a series I come back to every time.

The Last Book I Bought

The Unknown Beloved by Amy Harmon. Immediately piqued my interest and was an instant buy. After reading What the Wind Knows, I just loved her writing and interested to trying her other works.

Even though I didn’t buy it, the last book added to my shelves is Neil Gaiman’s adaptation of Hansel and Gretel.

The Last Book I Said I Read But Actually Didn’t

It would have to be Watership Down by Richard Adams.

I gave it a try because my grandpa loved it but I sadly couldn’t. I even tried the audiobook but ended up falling asleep…

The Last Book I Wrote In The Margins Of

I’m not one to write in the margins of books. I normally leave sticky notes throughout if I’m very emotionally invested in the book. Technically, the last book I wrote in one was my textbook for uni.

The last book I wrote with sticky notes was What the Wind Knows by Amy Harmon. I’ve never annotated or left notes in a book as much as I have with this one.

The Last Book I Had Signed

My mum surprised with a copy of The Cursed and the Broken by Chloe Hodge. Inside there was a nice little message with a beautiful book mark too.

The Last Book I Lost

Happy to say I haven’t lost a book! ๐Ÿ˜€

*edit – I’ve lost a book. I can’t find my manga version of Anne of Green Gables. Sad times.

The Last Book I Had to Replace

It would have to be Feminists Don’t Wear Pink by Scarlett Curtis. I was going to receive a copy but it never came so I had to buy another copy.

The Last Book I Argued Over

I don’t think I’ve every argued over a book.

The Last Book You Couldn’t Find

Just like previously, I can’t find my manga adaptation of Anne of Green Gables! It’s somewhere in the house but right now it’s just gone.

I enjoyed doing a tag again it’s been a while since I’ve done one on my blog.

Until next time…

Xx
