Books With Clocks | Top 5 Tuesdays

Hello everyone!

Top 5 Tuesday is upon us again! Top 5 Tuesday was originally created by Shanah @ Bionic Book Worm and is now being hosted on Meeghan’s blog @ Meeghan Reads. This week is all about Clocks! And they can be either on the cover or in the title.

Hooked (Never After #1) by Emily McIntire

This is a dark romance retelling based on Peter Pan! And when I say dark, I mean dark! This is the first book in the Never After series and I believe the second book is out called Scarred, which I imagine is based on the Lion King.

The Surviving Trace series by Calia Read

I feel like this is going to be one of those series that will constantly make appearances on my blog even when I don’t plan for it. All three happened to have clocks in the background so I had to use them!

Almost Midnight by Rainbow Rowell

Found this one hidden amongst my shelves.

The Clocks by Agatha Christie

I was lowkey proud of myself when I thought of this one haha. I’m happy I can put one of my Agatha Christie’s to use. I’ve seen the tv episode of this one but have yet to read the book.

The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle

Snuck in a clock with this one, and it’s another book I have yet to read but love the tv show! I’ve never read a Sherlock Holmes mystery but it’s definitely on the list.

This week was a good week, I think I got lucky with my options! Did any of you have these books on your list or have read them yourself?

Until next time…

xx

  1. I can’t believe I forgot about Hooked an Almost Midnight!! In fact, now I’m looking at my shelves again, I can see another 3 books that I missed as well. Hope you had fun with this week’s prompt! (And sorry I’m so late visiting!) 💕
