Books I Didn’t Get Around To In 2021 | Top 5 Tuesday

Hello everyone! Hope are you today?

Top 5 Tuesday was originally created by Shanah @ Bionic Book Worm and is now being hosted on Meeghan’s blog @ Meeghan Reads. Every Tuesday there are new topics.

I feel like most of these books you’ve probably seen previously in past TBRs or me just constantly saying I need to read these soon hahaha.

The Last Magician by Lisa Maxwell

I always hope to start this series as I only hear good things and I just have this feeling this book is right up my alley. I know this book has been on past TBRs and have mentioned previously this is a series I want to get around to. This year I’ve got to read it!

The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern

I have yet to read an Erin Morgenstern and I have two of her books waiting for me on my shelves. This just seems so magical and mystical and I don’t know why I haven’t read it yet.

Blue Lily, Lily Blue by Maggie Steifvater

This is another book that has bee on my blog so many times where I plan on reading it but it never happens. I enjoyed the first two books in the Raven Cycle series and love the characters but I do struggle with completing series, even when I enjoy them. After this one there’s only one book after so I just need motivation to get through this one.

Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo

I’ve had this duology on shelves even before the Shadow and Bone tv series. My favourite characters in the series was those within the Six of Crows. I loved their dynamic and would like to dive into their world more.

The Magnolia Sword by Sherry Thomas

I love the story of Mulan and this seems like a beautiful book. I’m intrigued to know how this tale of Mulan will be like and I’m surprised that I haven’t read it yet. Definitely one I keep eyeing on my shelf.

All of these books are ones I’m hoping to get around to this year. I feel like I’ll enjoy each one of these and looking forward to reading them soon!

Until next time…

Good to know I’m not the only one who hasn’t read either of those yet hahaha. Thank you so much and best of luck to you too this year with everything and your reading!
