Bookish Naughty or Nice Tag

Hello everyone! How are you today?

This tag is by Jenn over at the blog Jenniely. This was a fun tag to read and I really wanted to see whether I am on the Naughty or Nice list :D. I’ll leave the link to her post here.

Rules:

  • Tag & link the person who tagged you
  • Tag and link Jenn/ this post (her post)
  • Tick/cross off the ones you’ve done
  • Tag another 10 people!

You don’t have to be tagged to do this (I wasn’t haha) so feel free to join this tag as well!

Received an ARC and not reviewed it

Well I’ve only just joined NetGalley and have a couple of ARCs to read but I still have until February to review the first ARC. So, yes.

Have less than 60% feedback rating on Netgalley

Yeah I have 0% as I only just made my account.

Rated a book on goodreads and promised a full review was to come on your blog (and never did)

No I haven’t. I either do small reviews on Goodreads or just do them on my blog randomly. I don’t really have a system yet.

Folded down the page of a book

Nope. Last time I did this was in primary school.

Accidentally spilled on a book

Yeeaahhh….. I feel like I have a one point. I always have hot drinks with me when I read and knowing me I’ve probably spilt a drop or two then frantically dried it.

DNF a book this year

Sadly, this is a yes for me this year. It was only one book for me this year which was Fangirl (a loved book). I didn’t hate it, I just ended up putting it down and never picked it backed up so I just let it go.

Bought a book purely because it was pretty with no intention of reading it

Probably I think everyone has done this at least once.

Read whilst you were meant to be doing something else (like homework)

All. The. Time! Guilty. Enough said.

Skim read a book

Yes I have. It happens very rarely but to me that shows when I start to lose interest in the story. Again, happens rarely.

Completely missed your Goodreads goal

I have completed my Goodreads goal. As it is my first year on Goodreads I thought I’d go for the standard 25 books and can happily say I’ve surpassed that goal.

Borrowed a book and not returned it to the library

I haven’t borrowed a book from the library in ages! So I can say I haven’t done it.

Broke a book buying ban

I have never put myself on a book buying ban.

Started a review, left it for ages then forgot what the book was about

Kind of. I have done monthly reading wrap-ups and sometimes I forget stuff about the books when I go back to the post at the end of the month to start writing. I’m starting to at least do dot point summaries so when I go back I already have stuff prepared to write about.

Wrote in a book you were reading

If anything I’d do post it notes but I don’t write in the books I read because I’m worried I’m going to make a mistake and it’ll look messy.

Finished a book and not added it to your Goodreads

Yes, I have done that for one or two as they were only books that were novella length.

Borrowed a book and not returned it to a friend

Yes, I do have a book that was given to me to read but haven’t returned it as I haven’t read it yet (sorry!).

Dodged someone asking if they can borrow a book

I think I’m happy to lend books, although, the people are always close to me. If I know you’ll treat my books good then I’ll lend them to you. It’s a trust thing haha.

Broke the spine of someone else’s book

Never!

Took the jacket off a book to protect it and ended up making it more damaged

I don’t think that’s happened. With two cats it’s hard sometimes but I think it’s been pretty good this year.

Sat on a book accidentally

I have books everywhere so I probably have done this haha.

Final Score: 11/20

I think this makes me on the Naughty list! Whoops!

Well I had fun doing this tag and I hope you enjoyed reading this

I tag:

I love reading these girls’ blogs and would love to see their answers (but no pressure if you can’t haha)

Thanks for reading!

Until next time…

Xx
